Sebastian Koskowski is a specialist in enterprise finance. He has been involved in corporate consulting since 2004. In the very beginning, he worked as an analyst and subsequently, a consultant at Warszawska Grupa Konsultingowa Sp. z o.o., which changed its name after a merger with Proinvest International Sp. z o.o. to Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiełło, Wrębiak I Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o.

During two years' work at GKJW, He participated in a large number of consulting Project related to valuations and analyses of companies as well as a few mergers and acquisitions.

He prepared financial aspects of strategy designed for Brasco Bartimpex Holding Biopaliwowy S.A. and its subsidiary companies, including Kompania Spirytusowa Wratislavia Polmos Wrocław S.A., Wratislavia - BIO Sp. z o.o., Przedsiębiorstwa Przemysłu Fermentacyjnego AKWAWIT S.A. and Centrum Konferencji I Rekreacji AKWAWIT Sp. z o.o.

He participated in restructuring projects and in performing due diligence studies of companies both on the side of the purchasing party as well as the seller. He provided strategy consulting services for an energy sector renovation plant, realized in Wales during the 1^st stage of a power boiler construction project at UPM Shotton Paper Mill.

In 2006, he joined the financial analysis team of Grupa Firm Doradczych EVIP, taking the post of a consultant. During that time, he was responsible, among others, for developer assessment of an investment project, preparing an electro-technical company for IPO and coordinating an IPO project. He prepared over a dozen valuations and analyses.

Sebastian is a post graduate research student at Kozminski University of Entrepreneurship and Management.
