Graduate of Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, holding a Master's degree in Enterprise Economics. At Antares Corporate Finance, he is responsible for realizing international consulting projects.
He gained his experience in finance and corporate governance as an auditor in Enterprise Risk Services department at Deloitte in Poland, working as part of internal audit and fraud investigation team. He participated in internal audit and consulting projects for known polish and international concerns such as PKN Orlen S.A, Grupa LOTOS S.A., ING, GATX Rails or Nycomed.
Maciej holds wide experience in the area of strategic management, which he gained working as part of the strategy team of DHL Global Forwarding in India. During his work at DGF, Maciej implemented and used tools such as the Balanced Score Card or Transformation Mapping and developed a handbook of strategic management and enterprise growth. He supervised works over strategic projects which bridged the gap between company reality and identified market possibilities.
Maciej was also responsible for preparing basic principles for the process of taking over competitive companies functioning in the Indian market and supported negotiations related to acquisition of foreign investors for Polish companies. Thanks to the above, he gained a strong experience of working in foreign language environments.
